At Southern Snuggles, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any qualifying minimum purchase requirements will be displayed on our website.
Estimated Delivery
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Southern Snuggles is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@southernsnugglesco.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.
